BIG Silver ring with unknown writing!

Hello!

I dug this while metal detecting around the University of Oregon. It weighs 8.2 grams ~ it's unmarked, but I'm quite sure it's silver. Anyone know what the writing is on this thing? I don't even know if I took the pic's with the writing the correct way up, or upside down.
