saw these going down the interstate yesterday just outside of Aspen....

Mining trucks, I beleive. They are over 10 feet wide so they stand pretty tall

they probably came from the nearby Climax mine, they mine molybdenum

A lot of those tires come from the port of long beach and go east. There are some that go west as well. I've seen a lot from long beach, Cal. (from Japan and other countries that make them)
