Billiard Token ID?

[Butterfield]

Recently I've been posting some of my mavericks on tokencatalog.com, and thought I'd share this one here to see if anyone knows anything about it. H.H. Scheffer, National Billiard Manuf'g Co., Cin. O. Sorry about the photos. I have trouble getting clear pictures of older Bronze tokens.

Many years ago, "John in ID", "idahotoken" posted a great comment regarding maverick NBMC tokens; found on post #2 here:
http://www.treasurenet.com/forums/tokens-tags/68077-token-id-help.html
The 'clue' he offered: "Chances are that the token is from no farther than two states away." may be helpful in your search.
