Bill's Place located at the top of Ray's Hill (elevation 1958 feet) on the Lincoln Highway (Route 30), East of Breezewood, Bedford County boasts the smallest Post Office in the United States when it opened in 1923. The population of Bill's Place was listed officially at 6. This photo was from the 1940's. The site was later demolished in the late 1960's when the Pennsylvania Turnpike was re-routed east of Breezewood.
