Hit the beach in Wildwood today with a friend. Wasn't expecting much. But I wanted to hunt an area between a couple piers where I had found a mercury dime a couple months ago. If Surfdigger is reading this, he'll know the spot where we ran into him the last time we were there. The sand was wet and hard, but the amount of good targets I was getting made the tough digging worthwile. Even so, several coins were found laying right on top of the sand.
Altogether, I found $3.80 in clad, including a Kennedy half. These coins were in the rock tumbler for 3 hours. That's why they're so bright and shiney.

I also found this silver roosy (1947) and a 1949 wheat penny.

Also found 10 memorial pennies and these three arcade tokens.

All things considered, a pretty good day.
