Blade/Scraper/preform?

I don't know what kind of flint or material this is but just wondering if it's a type of blade or preform? Thanks for looking!

Probably some type of small blade or scraper. It could be something unfinished. It's still cool whatever it is.

I believe you're right and it does look like the same type of flint for sure.

With cortex showing on both sides it looks like that started as a tabular piece of flint. When quarrying in a creek, those tabular pieces are great for making a single point. It saves so much time by starting with a flat piece of flint vs reducing a whole nodule.
