Boardwalk tokens and silver , ring #71

[pl8man]

Got out this weekend for two hunts . Yesterday was the better of the two . I hunted a school that I had not been too in a year or so . It use to be full of clad, silver and some gold . After digging mainly clad and 4 Santa Cruz Boardwalk token I had a sweet +81 ! I just love +81 VDI on my MXT PRO . It was ring #71 for the year and was silver Total clad for yesterday's hunt was $11.25 . Then this morning eagleforce ( Ryan ) and I hunted two schools . The best thing I found was a dollar coin . After about two hours I had another $7.56 in clad . Well I'm off to Hawaii for a week ! This is my first time going , no detecting on this trip . We are going with my Parents to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary ! When I get back I'll be right back at hunting .

Your a better person than I am! I love my family dearly but if I was going to Hawaii I don't think I could leave my detector home! Psssst maybe you could rent one!

Well enjoy yourself relax and come back ready to make awesome finds!

I know what you mean about +81 with the original MXT as well - you can take it to the bank that you scored a silver ring ,or a silver dime !

Just one ring today? You're slipping!! Enjoy your trip to Hawaii! I can see you now walking on the beach with nothing in your hand yet still swinging your arm from side to side....LOL

[CoinandRelicMan]

Nice tokens! It seems some of the better spots tend to have those along with other goodies, congrats!

No metal detecting in Hawaii? Shoot do it at night with a headlamp and moonlight while everyone else is sleeping.

Love the silver butterfly ring! Also think it's cool you dug that soccer ball & surf medallion during World Cup Soccer tourney! Have wonderful vacation with your family! Like others here, I hope you have some free time to rent or borrow a detector while there. Andi
