Havn't you heard, governments can invest money too. They obviously see greater potential in Finland ( birthplace and home of Nokia ) than in pouring money into the empty (bereft of ideas) American car maker hole.

Being a Conservative(and that I am) I have to endure being mislabelled a Republican a lot of the time. Reality, I am not blind enough to realize that our previous administration was doing the same crapolla as this one. Possibly on a lesser scale, but no doubt the same stuff.
