Bone ID please,NEW PICTURE

found this 4 inches deep in a never plowed field , its looks like saw marks on the end, but the tally like marks go all the way around it just about.( how can i tell if its butchering from today), cant find anything like it, they are exactly the same diamiter, please help thanks ( THIS IS TREVMMA)

See if you can get some clearer pictures of it for us, but from what I can see that is what is called a Rasp and is a musical instrument. They would take another piece of hollow bone or a stick and rub it back and forth on the grooves to make sound. I have only seen a few of those, so it definitely a rare find.
