Are these considered die breaks? 08 p with some funk on the face

I believe they're considered die chips and they're somewhat common on modern Rosie's. I have found several with chips around the neck area and one with several chips on the cheek and face that look like tears. I save them when I find them, but I doubt they have any significant value.
