Bottle ID Request

Hello a forum,

Can anyone help me to identify what I think is a beer bottle? It has a triangle with the letter R in the middle of the bottom. I believe this is Reed Glass (Rochester, NY).

It says 30 1 47 Along the bottom. Is it 1930? Beer? Value?
