Is this old Hires bottle worth anything? Not sure what it was used for either. Help is appreciated

Hello gholzer,

Unfortunately, it's not worth anything. It's a Hires extract bottle. It's machine made and has a lugged screw cap. It probably dates from the Twenties or Thirties. The Hires extract bottles are extremely plentiful, due to the popularity of the product.
