Bounty hunter Pioneer EX help

I have a Bounty Hunter Pioneer EX and would like to start looking for relics. Is this metal detector any good and can you find buttons and bullets in the woods?

All detectors will find, well, metal. That being said, it's a entry level detector. Depth and sensitivity will be a problem.

Once you learn the sounds you'll be fine.
As you've herd before, learn your detector.
Dig old shotgun shells. Buttons and mini balls will come.
