Bounty HUnter time ranger

I have 2 bounty hunter timerangers that I would like to give to a couple friends that are interested in the hobby.

1 - the lcd is starting to flake. If the batteries are not FULLY charged, or the machine is used longer than an hour, the LCD goes blank.

2 - In all metal mode, there is no sound over a target.


Any help on these issues would be great... Thank you
