Box of pennies...error?

Hello, got a new box of pennies and i found the following

Wheats
1919
1939
1941x3
1946d
1951
1951d
1956d

old Canadians
1940
1952
1958

And is the coin in the last 2 pics an error

It is normal except it is missing half the rim...cut in half all the way around.
