I know that the top one is a webelos and I think the other two are both Cub

Last two 1950"s I think. Mommy got them at Sears back then.

Well I've spent a while trying to find a website listing design changes, comparisons and such, to no avail. So naturally I figure it's a conspiracy to force us to buy a collectors guide.
The only useful thing I can add is that the maker of the official ones seems to have changed over the years, even if the design didn't, so that might help? (they should be marked on the back)
