Bracelet?

Found this today metal detecting at a park and can't tell if it is a bracelet or not. Looks way to small to be a bracelet! Does anybody have any idea? Could it have gone around a liquor bottle neck?

Looks like a bracelet to me, I can't tell how big or long it is, there is nothing in your pic to scale it with. Very cool find, what does all the writing on it say, can you read it?

The writing on it says Virgo aug-24 - sep 22

Zodiac sign: Virgo.

Looks to be part of a bracelet. It appears that some of the chain is missing from one side of the bracelet.
