Bringing up the Idea again.

Hi,everybody.

I posted this once before.The idea was to fill the Excalibur Tube(or any Water proof Housing) with inert Mineral Oil,using a Hypodermic Needle through a small Hole,and resealing .I saw on the Web where some Computer Geek put his entire Desktop Computer Electronics into a small Fish Aquarium,filled with inert,non-conductive Mineral Oil.No cooling problems,and never any Corrosion problems.It would prevent any Water Inclusion worries.
