one box from brinks last week was a skunk, the one today had 5 ~40%, 6 NIFC, and one gold 1998P
what the heck is that?? I have never seen a gold one before?

They were sold as a novelty. They also made them stamped with gold coating. This one had 1964 - 1980 on them. I have found quite a few. Great suck up gift for tellers. Here is an old ad for them.
