I found what I think to be a scraper, and also the tip of an arrow point. The scraper is really smooth and I can tell it has been around for a really long time. The arrow tip is a pretty shade of pinkish blue flint I’m curious about. Obvious work on both items, curious about what they were as a whole and the type of flint/stone used/tribes..still pretty new to this stuff but found in farm field in Crawford County Ohio. Thanks!!

Looks like a celt tip to me. Cool find.

Looks like very nice tip and the other like a mini Celt to me.

A picture of the whole thing would help determine if it’s a complete artifact.

I agree with the others here. Can't tell for sure but the "Celt" could be an adze if the bit is offset. Someone more knowledgeable in your area may be able to nail down the type on the tip but it resembles a Fort Ancient piece to me. Difficult to type with confidence with the base missing.

I think the second piece - a fragment of an adze.

Tip looks like it could be Plum Run flint. A source that is now destroyed. Gary
