Broken Drill? And small scraper?

I was given permission to a new spot recently that runs along a major river and had some luck today. I am new to this, but I think the one is a broken drill and the other is a small scraper. Is that correct? The owner said he has found many points and scrapers on his property. He showed me a bag full of all types of points and a couple drills. He also said he found a bannerstone as well. I was only able to go out two times to this new spot because hunting season starts tomorrow and the owner will be hunting it. I will be pumped for spring to get here!!

Worn down almost exhausted from reworking it then they broke it. We use the term drill loosely. Been a nice one though.
