Broken Drill Base?

Here are pictures of an item that I would like your opinion on. It was found on an archaic site. I could be wrong, but this almost has the look of a broken drill base? It is clearly worked on one side, and there appears to be what I consider the base of a broken drill tip. Anyway, I would like your thoughts on what you think this may be. To me, it looks like it might be more than just a scraper?

Not a drill base, I'm not seeing a scraper there either. Debitage is what I'd call it. Keep looking.
