Broken Short Cross

Yesterday was a "what if day". The best find was what looked like a recently ploughed damaged hammered coin. The coin would have been a very nice short cross. Well that's detecting. Also had the bronze object, had these things before, no idea what they are. A few copper coins also surfaced during the short hunt. The George III looks like 1772, will clean it a little later.
