I found this a while back and wonder on its age? Is it Bronze Age 🤔? It’s hollow but appears to be rolled metal not a solid tube. D229EC26-ABF1-463E-AE8F-582EF110C23D.webp0DF5E172-3F9D-45E1-BEDE-E339EB107F0F.webp624FE1A2-8999-43C0-80B8-C5CD32B9AF6A.webp2D9CD34A-4A4C-4FA7-91C5-942BA4BC1368.webp

It has flower designs on it.

Nice find, and nice going identifying the material.I couldn't could not tell bronze from brass or copper to save my life!

Bronze, to my knowledge, corrodes alot more than copper, and has a more gritty look when its corroded. (I could be wrong tho)

Not "old"... errr "bronze age" rather.

Modern brass / copper (and or) bangle .

IMO of course.

I couldn't tell you if it is brass or bronze, new or old.
But reminds me of a curtain rod ring.
Some come with attachment rings and some don't.
One similar example....

Would agree with you but, arent curtain rings not very big? Also curtain rings are general complete circles (my object has a split section)

I can't tell how big your ring is, but here is a picture with someone holding one and one with a US quarter.
Also your ring has a protrusion on one end of the opening that would fit into the other open end.
This would be where the ring would become complete.
possibly the solder came loose and the ring spread out at the split.

Not bronze, as stated but more like rolled copper/brass sheet. First thought also was a curtain hanger for a pole rod that went across a doorway.

It helps to post a tape measure beside a find/or a reference.

But then the question arises, the floral/flower design on it, its hard to get a picture of it but ill try with my good camera in a bit.
