A stranger is said to have buried a bag filled with gold near the old Brummels Inn at High Point

I am pretty sure that it is now state owned.

I've found intel thatit still stands, and is registered as a historic site. But I can't find an addess or map so I can take a look at it.

Its in Davidson County , try the Historical or Tourism sites . I think it is on a Historical site that takes up like three hundred acres.

i was at brummels inn about 4-5 years ago and it was being lived in, and had been for years by the family living there....if it is historical listed it is not posted as such....it is a few miles outside of high point along lexington ave extension on the left....the museum in high point can tell you exact mileage from main st...........
