I found this beauty in a vacant lot in south Louisiana. Rang up a 24 on the Nox 800 and wasn't very deep. After digging a few clads and a couple of wheaties I was heading back to my truck and decided to dig one more good signal and out popped this!

I've started detecting in 1979 or so, and it's taken this long to find a seated coin. Actually I found a seated dime a month ago so that makes 2 seated coins in 30 days! Pretty dang good for this area!

congrats my friend, Ive dug the quarter half dine and dime, only need the 20c and half dollar

SUPER, Sam! I just LOVE to dig Seated coins. They don't turn up often in Oklahoma, but I manage to a few -- particularly when I am back home vacationing in western PA! They are my favorite coins to dig, and so I can share in your excitement!

CONGRATS!

Steve
