BUCKET LISTER very cool intact wax matrix seal at a cellar hole

BUCKET LISTER finally! Got out with Todd Hiltz & Dave Lowe today to some deep cellar holes.Dave was keeping track on his phone and we hiked 9 1/2 miles to 4 different cellar holes.all the sites were hit pretty hard but we were diligent and worked hard to get what finds we did..near the well of one of the sites I got a iffy high tone.dug down and a U shaped piece of iron popped out.figuring that was the signal i covered up the hole.swung over the area again & sure enough still a high tone in the hole.I have been wanting one of these for a long time & finally got one.a wax matrix seal with what appears to be Athena Goddess of Wisdom and War etched in the glass.also got a counterfeit KG II copper it rang 28 VDI in the hole and 37 out.was a death march but so worth it in the end.Thanks Dave & Todd!

A lot of these seem to have a loop at the top. I wonder if they are ever found with a chain though the loop?
