That's a very interesting piece you found there Blackie555. I don't recall seeing one quite like it. Personalized belt buckle? Looks like it has some age to it. I'll be curious to see what others have to say. Great find!

It's in the style of an English Medieval Script W.
The Buckle fixing looks post 1900 to me, I would place it early to mid 1900s.
