Buckle found, year?

I also found this buckle yesterday and couldn't find online when this could be from. Not even sure if it's from a pants belt or something else.

I would guess farm related. From a harness or maybe a dog collar.

IMO , Horse Gear , Farm Related 'like DC Matt' said , those are soooo, hard to put a date on (for me at-least), I will clean up good using electrolysis, .

As the Brass goes away , the iron comes into play.

Thanks for the info [emoji3] if it's from a horse is it safe to say it's at least from the late 1800s?
