Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show treasure?

Hi all,

I was hoping that someone could help locating anything that might be of value in this location. This is the area that William Cody, Buffalo Bill, housed his Wild West Show in the off season. It is well documented and I have MD'd it a couple times, but has so much trash its hard to get anything. Hoping someone who could dowse would have more luck, or save a lot of hassle. I was thinking of selling the property so would like to see if anything is there before I do. It was rumored that he buried $17,000 somewhere on his ranch, doubtful that it is here, but this was part of the original ranch.

If anyone wants to hunt it, PM me and I'll let you know the location.

What state is this property in?

Its in North Platte, Nebraska

On second thought, it now looks like.....N/S of Rodeo, bet. Skinner and N. Adams. If that's the property, I'd look along the banks of that creek--if it isn't a concrete ditch today.
Don.......

The creek doesn't have concrete, had some asphalt but I had it torn out. Problem is so much trash around there, hard to find anything. Was hoping someone who could dowse might be able to narrow down the search. The buldings on the south side near the road were originally the barn for what was kept there. Its a mess of a site, but interesting.

Thanks, will give that section a try!

Thanks! I haven't' had a chance to get back up there yet, but look forward to looking in those areas when I do.
