Buffalos and wheats

[PlzBSeated]

Dug a ton of trash today in order to bring these little goodies to the surface.

Couple buffalo nickels.

Half a dozen wheats. Some a bit rough.

And some unusual items. The spoon is sterling. Been awhile since I found and actual silver spoon. Not sure what the pin represents, probably should. The wheel is die-cast. Curious as to what it came off from.

Today's finds...
(2) Buffalo Nickels 1917, 1918-D
(6) Wheatback cents 1913, 1919, 1919, 1940, 1945, 1951-D
Pin
Vovo Key
Die-cast wheel
Silver Spoon

Congratulations, that 1918 D is a key date coin!

Can you post a better photo of the date on that coin, it's possible it could be a 1918/7 D, which would make it worth a lot of bucks!!

Great finds - congrats !

You were lucky to be able to see the dates on both of your Buffalo Nickels.
The dates are unreadable on a good 50% or more of them that come out of the ground.

Agree. The date on the 1917 is really weak.
