Bulk foreign coin lot?

I have a lead on a vending company owner who has been saving Foreign coins obtained in his vending machines. He has " pounds of them ."
What would be a reasonable per pound offer? I am looking to purchase and then resell.

Coins like those are often sold by the pound. You might call your local coin dealer to hear what he is asking per pound for his--then make your decision.

I wouldn't buy coins per pound. You might get copper, silver or just plain nickel clad coins. I would just buy by the coin.
