Found this 3 ringer .50 caliber bullet
Trying to see if it’s civil war or later
The base is on the flatter side.

It may be a Spencer carbine bullet. Can you give us the length?

This is what I found on one website. The difference in size may be attributed to it being fired.

Yes, I would also say a Civil War bullet. There were riots in Baltimore during the Civil War and lots of troops went through there.

This is what I found on one website. The difference in size may be attributed to it being fired.

Could be, as there is a difference in size and weight

Indeed Smokey, have found a few civil war bullets in city parks.
Since I pulled it out it gave me that civil war feeling, but not
certain.
