Found these 3 today all within 10 feet of each other, here in North Central Mass.Cant say Ive dug any like these.Couldnt find my metric rule but come in at 1 3/32 inch long and appears to by exactly 1/2 inch across,,so 50cal?Did weigh all 3 and two were 25 grams and other 26,seemed like old homesite as I got a nice dandy button.Any thoughts on bullets?

Interesting bullets. I found something similar recently @ 479 grains (31.03 grams). Haven't posted it yet but I'm guessing they're going to be in the 50-70 class. Late 1800's.

The knurling in the grooves is a giveaway that these are more modern.

Why did you use Grams? Non US weight. Shows 385 grains or 26G 401 grains. Believe they are 45-70 later bullets of 405 grains

Because the scale I have does ounces at one ounce intervals, and under ounce in weight...dont have a scale that weighs something by "grains"
