I found this in my grandfathers stuff and it has me stumped. It was in a box with a lot of his WWI stuff. Looks like a mold of some sort but to what. It has a small nipple on one end and the small hole is approx. 3/4" in diameter.

Correct on the reloader. Specifically, a re-priming tool for shotshell hulls. The rim of hull base is held by the ring, and a new primer is seated by the nubbin on the other side. Would have gone with a set of other tools including a de-capper, a wad seater, and a crimper.

Thanks all. That was my first impression as well. I was just wondering if it could have been anything else.
