They are fired bullets for sure. Without dimensions it would be hard to say exactly what you have but the smaller one could be a .22 slug that has flattened from impact. Millions of old bullets in the ground all over this country.

The round one measures about 3/8 to 1/2 round. The flat one measures 5/8 wide 1 1/2 long flattened
