Ok Folks, today I returned to a yard that I detected 10 years ago. It is a yard that I dug my only Barber quarter in ever. The sad thing is it was toasted from a house fire that happen next door many many years ago.
Here’s my post from 10 years ago:

So today I returned to see if I missed anything 10 years ago. The only keepers that I dug today were modern clad, a vintage door piece, and guess what?
Another toasted Barber!!! Not a quarter, but a 1910 Barber dime this time. It was in the same front corner of the yard where I had dug the toaster quarter before. It was down about 6” under a root.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy to have old silver, but a whole Barber would be better. Now I know where the expression “take a little bit off the sides” came from. 🤪

Thanks for l@@king & Happy Holidays!!!

Looks like someone gave that Barber a haircut😁. I’d still be happy with it. Congrats!
