Land Appears to be Owned by the Girard Estate in Philly.
In other words Open Land. I Think cannot be Sold ?
However there may be a Home or Out buildings on it from town residents Squatting.

Or a Picnic Grove still there.

Will be at least another Month Before I Can run to View.

Curious if Anyone here Already Knows the Particulars
