SO DAMN DANGEROUS THE BLM OFFICERS REFUSE TO GO THERE ANYMORE THIS PAST SUMMER. BUTTE COUNTY IS METH CENTRAL IN THE STATE A CALI . The BLM used to run the canyon on a lease site fee program but with all the bs down there you'd have to check with the BLM as to access.
