button help please....."double gilt 2nd quality"

I saw this posted before and left a comment but will do it here too. The button is a civilian button called a flat or coin button. It dates from about 1810 to the 1830's. The double gilt means it was supposed to have a double plating of gold gilt. I'm not sure what the second quality means.

I appreciate your help and thanks for the info...I should have been more specific on when I found the button....it was back in September of 09'....no frost then.... Thanks again!!

Good looking out though Brian. I admire that you would have said something.

Looks like you have a civilian button to me maybe late 1800's but you have to post a better pic.
