Button Help please

Good day folks! I posted the (3)large buttons in question on today's finds. I was told they may have been used during the Civil war. There are 13 stars with an eagle holding an anchor. Marines I'm told...(D. Evans. Attleboro falls) Thanks for the help! HHHH
