Two of your buttons have what button collectors call a self-shank back. That term means the button's back itself forms the "loop" for attaching the button to clothing, instead of having a separately-manufactured loop, such as a wire loop. Insofar as I'm aware, no actual American or European military buttons have a self-shank back. So, what appears to be a US Navy button in the group you found is just a civilian-usage imitation, called a Fashion button, made for use on fancy civilian coats and jackets. The imitation US Navy buttons have been found on civilian imitations of the US Navy "PEA" coat.

Your button saying Canal De Vieux (supposedly meaning "Canal of Old Men") is also a civilian Fashion button. You can view several of them on a 1960 imitation Navy PEA coat on Etsy, here:
