Sorry it is scand and not a pic . It is a little smaller than a quarter but bigger than a nickle.
The eagle face right , wings down , fat claws with nothing in them and thirteen stars.
I have seen a officers staff button that looks close but have arrows in claws .
No info on back of button to crusty. Found in MASS site that has given some early 1800s coins
