Button ID 2x

Found these buttons some time ago the one with the anchor in a small cave in February, and the other in a field in march. neither of them has a back so there are no markings and I have not been able to Id them, I get close on the anchor but not exact. I would love to know the time period and the use.. Thanks so much for the use of all of your great wisdom...TnT

the fouled anchor is such a common theme, it's really hard to tack it down.
as for the crowned crest/shield. I came up empty, it looks like a dragon on the left side of the shield although I think it's dead or dieing. can't make out the right side. there is also what appears to be a diagonal stripe through the shield.
