Button ID and age

Found this today at a war of 1812 site it's 15.1 mm. Looks like a bomb to me, what do you think?

It does look like a bomb with flames coming out of the top.

The use of the ''shell and flame'' by the Ordnance Corps dates back to 1832

The one of the bottom four, at the top right copper colored, looks like the correct one!
