Button ID help

Good evening everyone
Found this button recently and of course driving me crazy trying to ID . I originally thought Norfolk & Western railroad or Norfolk & Western overalls . However the script is no where near the same and I can’t find any that have union made on them ? Thanks for any assistance . Came from a 1920’s permission
