Found in Ireland at an old Castle that dates anywhere from late 1700 hundreds up
Its military I think anf found in Ireland
So its probably British army
It has letters looks like it might spell out constabulary however im not fully sure of it

Good find. Yes' it's a British 'Constabulary' button, so police not military (quasi-mlitary if you will). The design is generic rather than for specific use in Ireland, and it's Victorian, with the crown style used up until 1901.

Perfect so its hard to narrow then anything else because of it just saying constabulary, meaning it was just used generally in Ireland I assume

Yes. At one time, all British county police forces had the title "Constabulary" and a few of them still do. Buttons like this were produced for general use by such forces, including in Ireland. In addition, some buttons produced specifically for particular forces may have a fuller title or, for some forces in Ireland, may have had a crowned harp rather than just a crown.
