Button with pelican and 3 keys heraldry

I discovered an old button that I need help identifying. It is a metal button with a heraldic shield..simple with a pelican/piety and three keys. No other ornate design. I have seen similar symbols related to my Keller family that came from Switzerland.... so maybe Swiss uniform buttons?
Any ideas or help appreciated.
