It is a very common "Fashion" button from a sportscoat, specifically in your case, a golfing jacket. I say very common because yours is the third one to show up for identification here in the What Is It? forum in this young year. The emblem is that of the Royal Black Heath Golfing Club, in Scotland. The two crossed "sticks" on it are golf clubs. The thistle flower is the symbol of Scotland. The crown is the Royal Crown of the British Commonwealth, of which Scotland is a part.

But your button isn't actually from the Royal Black Heath Club... the emblem got pirated into being a Fashion button several decades ago. There are several variations of it, as shown in the photos below. Yours seems to be a variation I haven't seen before... cast 1-piece aluminum or some other "white" (silvery) metal. Is that correct?
