Like I said "looks like"
Mass button was the first thing i thought of because of the figure holding the staff but there are huge differences ... it looks familiar but i sure can't put my finger on it right now

I cannot make out the text along the margins of the button. If you can read it in person and transcribe it here that would help in getting it identified. Or just try for a better focused picture. I'm sure it is a very good button.
